Investment property on Caerphilly Road

Happy February Everyone!

I don't know about you but I am certainly glad January is over and glad we're one step closer to Spring!

If you're looking for an ideal investment property I have found a three bed townhouse in Caerphilly Road on Zoopla. 

The house has three modern bedrooms located in a great location: Close to the local shops and bus/train links and one which certainly won't be a struggle to attract good tenants. 

Peter Alan have the property on sale for £220,000 and rental wise if you were to put it on the market for rent today  I would be suggesting a figure in the reign of £900 per calendar month.  So lets calculate the yield - take the monthly rent of £900 x it by 12 months and divide it by the sale price of £220,000 .  This then gives the property a yield of 4.9% which isn't bad at all!
